It’s Crowdfunding Conference Season
‘Tis the season of crowdfunding. With three conferences in the next two weeks, you can bet that industry leaders will be taking conversations on Title III, next generation liquidity, alternative markets, and Reg A to the next level. Crack the Crowd’s very own Dan Baird will be a speaker at FundIt, Crowdfunding USA, and the Utah Crowdfunding Conference.
The industry’s only conference dedicated to compliance, marketing, and technology will take place April 26th-27th, at the Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas. Dan will be speaking on a topic that’s getting a lot of buzz these days: marketing for equity platforms and campaigns. He’ll be addressing what issuers should do to give themselves the best chance of success.
A variety of industry experts will also address the following topics:
- Regulation A
- Title III/4(a)(6)
The Utah Small Business Development Center Network is hosting its annual crowdfunding conference in Salt Lake City. The event will address both rewards-based and investment-based crowdfunding. Mark your calendars for April 28th.
Dan will be participating in a panel on the “Essential Skills for Your Rewards-Based Crowdfunding Campaign.”
This year the conference is also sponsoring an unique competition: “Crowdfund Hero.” Attendees will have the opportunity to vote for their favorite crowdfunding campaigns with “Crowd Dollars”—dollars that will translate to real ones at the end of the conference.
