The Challenge

The founding team behind Directo, based in Miami, Florida, was inspired to develop a crowdfunding platform to help entrepreneurs with Latin American roots, and attract Latin American and US-based investors to a community-based platform. The founding team had vision and passion, but needed help in nailing down its brand identity, core messaging, and navigating crowdfunding regulations.

Crowdfunding Platform User Experience and Website Optimization

CTC worked closely with three of the Directo’s founders, who were new to the crowdfunding space, to translate their compelling vision for the platform into a strong brand and crisp, concise messaging. Projects also included a naming and brainstorming exercise that yielded a new name for the platform, logo recommendations, and user experience and site optimization recommendations. CTC also provided assistance in clarifying crowdfunding regulations to ensure that as the platform developed, it complied with SEC-related rules.
